me: again people can decide with their therapists and psychiatrists if it would be more therapeutic for them not to have their phones, not everyone does this

me: thats fucking great you can decide with your therapist and psychiatrist if youd be better off with or without your phone you arent everyone you don't speak for all of us and just because something works for you doesnt mean it works for everyone else.
